The world population is expected to reach 7 billion in the next few weeks and the BBC have developed this tool to find out where you fit into that. By filling out your date of birth you can see what number you were when born from people alive and from all time

After the sad news of Steve Jobs passing on the 5 October I found this very touching design named just "Thanks, Steve".

The logo was created as a tribute by Jonathan Mak Long, a 19-year-old designer living in Hong Kong where it incorporates Jobs' silhouette into the bite of the Apple logo.
