Balsamiq Mockups is a great way to do quick and easy wireframes for websites. The full version is $79 but you can have a free 7 day trial and also use the web interace demo.
The wireframes are sketchy and low-fidelity with linking that lets you generate click-through prototypes for demos & usability testing.
